Fractional CFO – Growth Strategy Advisor for Marketing Optimization
🧩 About the Role
We are hiring a Fractional CFO or experienced financial consultant to collaborate with our team on select client accounts. This role is ideal for a financial leader who works closely with 7–8 figure B2B SaaS or service-based companies and sees firsthand where marketing investments are underperforming.
You will play a critical role in identifying gaps in marketing performance from a financial lens and co-developing a smarter, ROI-driven marketing strategy in partnership with our team. This is a paid consulting engagement with the potential for ongoing collaboration.
🔧 Responsibilities:
Identify one or more clients from your portfolio who may benefit from a marketing performance review
Participate in a strategic audit of the client’s revenue pipeline, demand generation model, and attribution reporting
Co-create a tailored growth strategy alongside our marketing and analytics leads
Serve as a financial advisor during the solution planning process to ensure budget alignment and ROI clarity
If applicable, assist with stakeholder communication and implementation planning
Maintain confidentiality and act in the best interest of your client throughout the engagement

💼 Compensation & Engagement Structure:
Initial milestone: Paid consultation to collaborate on a strategic marketing restructuring plan for a client of yours
Optional performance-based bonus: If the client moves forward, we offer a one-time facilitation fee for your support during implementation
All payments are handled through contract agreement. This is not a commission-only opportunity — the consulting milestone is guaranteed upon engagement.
✅ Ideal Candidate:
8+ years of finance experience, ideally supporting SaaS or professional services clients
Current fractional CFO or strategic advisor to companies doing $2M+ in annual revenue
Strong understanding of CAC, marketing efficiency metrics, and forecasting models
Collaborative, strategic thinker who enjoys cross-functional problem solving
Experience supporting or advising on go-to-market strategy a plus
